Shipping Related Questions:

Q: How do I get updates about my shipping or product arrival?

A: Simply call or email us. We respond to general inquiries throughout the day. Please be patient with us as sometimes call and email volume may be high.

Q: What happens if my item arrives damaged?

A: Please make sure you assess your product immediately upon arrival. Take photos of ANY damages. This will help us file a claim for you. 

Q: What happens if I just don't like this product? 

A: Email us if you are having second thoughts. We'd like to reach out to you and talk it over. 

Shipping Policy

We use all major shipping carriers in the US.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  Once we receive your order, a staff member will automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. 

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

We offer FREE shipping in the lower 48 of the US!

Please email us at returns@pepespizzaovens.com if you would like a refund. You can also call us at (817) 349-2928. Please see below about specific information for returns. 

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it WHEN SIGNING FOR DELIVERY.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, PLEASE SEND PHOTOS to returns@pepespizzaovens.com and we will start the process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a 3% of purchase administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.

If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.

Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Refunds will ONLY be considered within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds are extended up to 30 days during Christmas time (December 15-Decemeber 31.

Please allow up to 10 days for refund to be realized.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges on defective and non defective products.
